Lychee Lassi is a name and alias inspired by a Japanese menu item for a lychee yogurt drink, which looked quirky, fun, and sweet.  Not sure if Lychee (the person) is quirky, fun, and sweet, but Lychee is definitely a person who is easily amused by a number of things, including small dogs, colorful ribbons, and the O-O emoticon.   She is especially enchanted by all things food.  When she is not fussing over why her debits and credits do not balance, she spends her time exploring the San Francisco Bay Area for quirky little bakeries, reading about food culture and trends, and performing edible chemistry experiments.

Although she has been hesitant about sharing her food ramblings out of fear of seeming horribly gluttonous, her friends have encouraged her that they are perhaps, worth sharing.
